Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. The price shown at checkout is the price for that order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of the correct price or a full refund.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal by contacting us at besacoffeeroasters@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future shipments; it does not refund shipments already sent. Subscription pricing is the price shown when you subscribe, unless we notify you of a change before a renewal.
Our guarantee
Your first order is covered by our money-back guarantee, which is part of these terms. Its conditions, including the 30-day window and one claim per customer, are stated there.
Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are governed by separate written wholesale terms provided when an account is approved. Where those terms and these conflict for a wholesale order, the wholesale terms govern.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
