What we collect

• Order information: your name, address, email, and what you ordered, so we can roast, ship, and support your order.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Email: if you join the roast list or place an order, your email is handled by MailerLite so we can send order updates and the emails you signed up for.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, answer your messages, send the emails you asked for, keep the site working, and understand which pages and ads are doing their job. That is the whole list.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside the services named above, which process it only to run the parts of the business they power.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are necessary: they keep checkout working and remember what is in your order. Google Analytics cookies help us understand which pages get visited. The Meta pixel uses cookies to measure whether our ads are working. MailerLite may set cookies when you use one of our email forms.

Google and Meta may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites, as described in their own privacy policies. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the necessary ones will break checkout.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email besacoffeeroasters@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
